Limhamn - near the sea

Lovely house in Limhamn, about 700 meters to the sea with beaches, piers, a cold-water swimming pool, and kiosks. Central Limhamn is 2 km from the house. The nearest grocery store is 1 km (0.6 miles) away. Nearby are nice restaurants such as Strandhuset, Vessels, Kajuteriet in the marina, and Mastios. A bus line (No. 12) takes you to central Malmö in about 25 minutes; by car, it takes about 15 minutes. By train from Hyllie, you can reach Copenhagen in 30 minutes; by car from the house, it takes about 30 minutes. Outside the smaller bedrooms is the second bathroom, which has a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bright office has a workstation and a TV. There is an inflatable mattress measuring 150 cm (5 ft). Large and spacious kitchen with an open floor plan leading to a dining area with a table for 12 people and a lounge section. Next to the dining room, there is a TV room with a large sofa and an armchair. From the TV room, you can access the backyard, which has a dining area for 8 people, a parasol, sun loungers, and a lounge area. Other things to note No parties or larger gatherings are allowed.
