This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Children and adults can relax and have fun thanks to its indoor and outdoor layout! This peaceful villa, surrounded by greenery, will ensure you have a perfect stay, yet it is still less than a 5-minute drive from the shopping area with restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, bars, and a grocery store. Tastefully decorated, you will feel at home with premium equipment and everything you need at your disposal. The space ==> The villa is composed on the ground floor: • A bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet, • Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room • Dining room and living room with panoramic sofa, wall-mounted TV, pellet stove • and a beautiful view thanks to the veranda overlooking the garden. ==> Upstairs: • Three bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed • a second bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and hanging TV, • and the last bedroom has a 90 x 190 cm child bed and a baby bed on request and another toilet upstairs on the landing. • A dressing room with extra bed only for children (adults not allowed in this bed) with shower room and hand wash. ==> To finish outdoors: • A pleasant 2,500 m2 garden with furnished terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, table...) • And a semi-recessed jacuzzi*! Important note ⚠️ *The Jacuzzi is functional and accessible outside the winter period (from the moment the temperatures drop drastically, so approximate closure between mid-October and mid-May) *there is no air conditioning, in summer it can be quite hot in the house with the veranda so please close the curtains in the afternoon on the veranda side in case of strong heat, fans are available upstairs. * Linens are provided, i.e. bed linen, tea towels, floor mats and a large bath towel per person (⚠️towels for the Jacuzzi are not provided, please provide for your stay ⚠️) * The cleaning price includes the supply of linen and the check-out cleaning. 🐾 Animals allowed We welcome your pets 🐶🐱. * However, for hygiene reasons and to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed to access the upper floor. A safety barrier is installed at the bottom of the stairs for this purpose, in order to delimit the spaces. Thank you for your understanding and for ensuring compliance with this rule during your stay. After booking the day before your arrival, you will receive the address with a GPS point, and an entry guide to explain access to the house. Things to visit nearby: Former iron mine: Until 1978, Saint-Clair-de-Halouze was an iron extraction center. Today, the ride of the old mine is still visible, and circuits such as the “Circuit des Forges et des mines” by car or the 8 km walking trail “Le circuit de la mine”allow you to explore this industrial heritage. • Halouze Forest: For nature lovers, the Halouze forest offers trails suitable for hiking or cycling, allowing you to discover the local fauna and flora in a peaceful setting. • Dolmen de la Chambre à la Dame: Located not far from the municipality, this dolmen is a testimony to prehistory in the region and is a point of interest for lovers of ancient history.
