The apartment was renovated in 2020 and opened for hospitality from mid-July 2020. The furniture and equipment are all new and carefully selected to offer guests a sense of luxury and enter a space that offers them the feeling of their home and not a rough construction to accommodate ordinary guests. The space The apartment that you will be accommodated in, is a ground floor apartment of a large apartment building, with independent entrance. It consists of an open air-conditioned space with living room, dining room and kitchen. It also includes a large air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe. The decoration is modern and simple. The bathroom is designed in a minimalist style and includes a multi-choice column in the shower. The kitchen includes a built-in oven and hobs as well as the necessary equipment so that you can comfortably prepare your daily meals. You will also find a sandwich maker, esspresso machine and kettle. Dishwashers and washing machines are not provided. But there are laundries, 100m from the accommodation, where you can have your clothes clean and ironed. One 39 'smart TV, you will find local TV & radio channels, but also free (FTA) satellite channels from the Hotbird & Astra satellites. Neflix & internet available free of charge to guests. Guest access The guests have at their disposal the whole apartment and there are no common areas with other accommodations, which protects within the distancing frames that are proposed during the coronavirus season.
