The farmhouse is neat & tidy with a rustic feel - not too fancy but comfortable for larger groups. Sublime Farm and Brewery is a short stroll so wander over to sample their great brews and pizza and pub classic menu. Please check on opening hours for your stay. It’s the perfect base to explore the Cooloola Coast and Fraser Island, being only 20 mins to Tin Can Bay and 30 minsto Rainbow beach. The space This is a large rustic style farmhouse with 5 bedrooms. A large east facing deck at the rear overlooks the pool, and features BBQ and outdoor setting. The master bedroom is huge with a king bed and lunge space plus ensuite. The other bedrooms feature 2 queens and 2 double beds. A spacious loungeroom adjoins the farm style kitchen. Best of all is the large entertaining deck - perfect spot for group gatherings and overlooking the pool. The kitchen and bathrooms are older style but functional. Guest access You will have access to lounge, area, kitchen, dining, bathrooms, laundry, entertainment deck, swimming pool and yard space. Depending on your group size you will have access to the bedrooms you have booked. The others will remain locked during your stay Other things to note When making your booking please note that the farmhouse is rented out depending on the number of bedrooms required. For example if two people are needing two separate bedrooms please advise. Please let us know the number of rooms required when making your booking. Those rooms not in use will remain locked during your stay. To note we only take one booking at a time - you will not be sharing with others. To note the farmhouse is located next to a large shed which is operated as a separate business. During the week there will be some noise and cars coming from the shed
