Our apartment is located in a private gated urbanization that currently hosts a few homes. It is on the second level, where fresh air from the ocean welcomes you. Both main bedrooms hosts your private balcony and the third loft opens to another balcony for sunset views at your comfort. You are 200 meters away from beach access that leads you to the main town strip. The space This open concept apartment on the second floor has huge windows that allow for natural light to flow. It is perfect for small families or couples who want to relax being away from constant noise and a detox from TV. We have two rooms with their own bathroom. The Master has a Queen size bed with AC and ceiling fans. The second bedroom has two double beds with ceiling and portable fans. The loft also has a double bed which in total can accommodate 8 persons. Guest access Guests have total access to the apartment to themselves. If you are coming with a vehicle, it can be parked right in front of the house on the street. We also have a flint stone gym below at the backyard where guest are welcomed to use at their disposal. Since we are located in a private urbanization, we only allow the guests who are part of the reservation to enter the urbanization for the security of ourselves and neighbours. Other things to note Unfortunately the Aloha Canoa owners DO NOT accept your family PETS in the apartment due to other guests in the past. However, if we are personally here, we offer Dog sitting downstairs where kennels or dog homes can be available for an extra fee. Please inquire for more details. Currently: UNDER CONSTRUCTION! As of April 2022 the MAIN POOL is READY for a dip! However our goals of starting up the jacuzzi is still a working progress in Ecuador but it is great for small children. Other services available: Grocery/Food Or other home deliveries (2$ within Canoa, San Vicente 15$ Bahía 20$) Babysitting or care-taking for elderly persons (20$ day). Massages at the apartment : 15-25$ Surf Lessons: 1hour 10-20$ Surf Board Rental: 15$ day Boating: 20$ per person. Also if you need a pick-up at the airport or bus station we can recommend a safe and reliable chofer. (Guayaquil/Quito 180-200$) Upon arriving, the best way to check-in smoothly is by letting us know the most accurate time of arrival. We have to be on the look-out since the apartment is located in a private property and only owners have access to let you in. We are ready to share local numbers and communicate via what’s app. Although most of the time the fans and the ocean's air is sufficient for comfort, we do have one room that has AC, for a little more comfort during the night.
