Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The space The apartment is a well-kept, newly renovated in-law in a private house. It is located in a quiet outskirts of Munich. By car, you can reach Ottobrunn S-Bahn station in 3 minutes. With the S5 you can reach the city center of Munich in 20 minutes. Directly at the S-Bahn station are several restaurants, bakers, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as a butcher's shop and a cinema. By car, you can reach the A99 in 5 minutes, and it is then about 15 minutes to the trade fair. The apartment extends over the ground floor (entrance area), upper floor (living/dining area, bathroom, study) to the attic (bedroom). The bright and spacious living/dining room is equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a large dining table where you can eat comfortably with 6 people, as well as a couch/TV area (Netflix). The couch can be pulled out if needed and used as an additional sleeping option (1,40 m wide, 2.00 m long). The bedroom is located in the pointed floor of the house, here is a cozy double bed (1.60 m wide, 2.00 m long), a chest of drawers and an area for dressing rack. All windows are provided with blinds/curtains to provide privacy. The bedroom is accessed via a walk-through room with open stairs. If required, an additional bed (0.90 m wide, 1.80 m long) can also be set up here. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Street parking is available in front of the house. The entire property is completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are newly equipped, the entire furnishings are very high quality, the walls and roof insulated according to current energy regulations. The apartment has an automatic ventilation system that can be used if needed. It has an independent entrance from the outside. There is a washing machine in the basement. The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. Due to the sofa bed in the living room as well as the possibility to set up an additional bed in the through room, it can also be used with up to 5 people (extra charge per person 20 euros). We hosts live in the house next door and are always at your disposal if needed. If we are not at home, we are easily accessible via mobile phone. We speak German, Italian and English. Additional important info: Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Trade fair visitors are welcome. Sheets and towels are provided. Electricity, heating, cold and hot water and wifi are included. Discounts for stays from 1 week to 1 month.
