The B29 highway is 5 minutes away by car (20 minutes to Stuttgart). The space Modern, bright basement apartment with private entrance, parking space and private terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac location. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and offers modern comfort in absolute peace – ideal for unwinding. Despite the basement location, it is pleasantly bright and friendly and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. Access is via a separate entrance in the house. The parking space is right outside the front door and can be viewed from the living room. TV available upon request. Note: The exterior of the house will be renovated in the foreseeable future and currently looks a bit wild. The apartment itself is not affected by this. Guest access Guests have a separate, private entrance to the apartment – completely independent of the main house. The accommodation includes the entire living area, including its own terrace with seating and barbecue. A parking space is right on the property, and there are other parking spaces in front of the house. The parked vehicle can be seen from the living room. You enjoy complete privacy – no area is shared. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet dead end street with little traffic – ideal for switching off. Access to the apartment is a step – almost barrier-free. The property is ideal for couples, single or business travellers. Maximum number of guests (including children) 2 people. The surrounding area invites you to take walks through orchards and vineyards directly from the door. The outdoor area of the building will soon be redesigned – currently it is not completely finished, but this does not affect the stay.
