The villa is located in the heart of the Pineta di Roccamare, away from any roads or noise, and close to one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches on the Tuscan coast. This is our vacation home, furnished with family furniture and items (including valuable pieces, such as a collection of early 20th-century Italian and French ceramics), and it is equipped with everything needed for families with children. It is located in an exclusive complex with 24-hour security, which includes around 200 villas. The space the villa is 250 square meters and is spread over two levels overlooking a large garden of about 2500 square meters, it has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, outside a large covered living area and a relaxing space in the shade of a gazebo. In addition to the 10 beds, there is the possibility of adding children's beds and also another single bed. On the beach, the villa has a private canopy with a bench and table, as well as a changing room where you can get changed or store games and equipment. We provide guests with several Damare sun loungers, which you will find directly on the beach. Guest access Access to the Roccamare pine forest is allowed only for guests of the villas, and the cooperative provides 24-hour surveillance. Guests can park up to 3 cars inside the villa space or in the back driveway up to 4 cars. The long beach is free, but basically reserved for guests of the consortium because access is only from the pine forest or from the extremes; you can reach it through internal roads where the limit is 20km/h without dangerous crossings which makes the place safe for families . Other things to note We provide guests with a number of bicycles: it may happen that previous guests do not leave them in perfect working order; we ask you to treat them with care and to report any punctures or malfunctions to us. In addition to the 10 beds, there is the possibility of adding children's beds and also another single bed. Bed linens and bath towels (NOT beach towels) are included in the price.
