Vacation home - Oasis of silence in Unnaryd

Beautifully equipped vacation home in the middle of the nature of Unnaryd, 600 m from the swimming area at Lake Unnen with sandy beach, the Coop (supermarket) and the pizzeria and in 300 m is the next lake in the forest. Year-round fishing is possible. Boat rental is available at the campsite 4 km away. The house is located with a second vacation home alone on a forest clearing. The house has 45 square meters of living space on an approximately 1200 square meter natural plot. The space The house is a typical Swedish wooden house in Falunrot and white, located on about 1200 square meters of natural property (meadow, forest) in the middle of the forest. In summer, berries and mushrooms are plentiful, and the location is quiet in the middle of nature. A terrace with terrace furniture is located right in front of the house. Living room: sitting area with sofa bed approx. 140x190 cm, flat screen TV with all German and international ASTRA programs, Bluetooth-capable stereo system with VHF radio and CD, BlueRay player. Fireplace in cast iron cassette with glass door. Dining area with table and up to 6 seats. Kitchen: Kitchenette with sink, electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90x200 cm, pillows 80x80 cm, blankets 135x200 cm and a closet. In the closet, pillows and blankets for the sofa bed in the living room. On request, we offer a laundry package with towels, tea towels and bed linen for 280 SEK per person. Please register in advance if needed! Otherwise, towels, dishtowels and bed linen are not available in the house (as is usually common in Scandinavia) and must be brought with you. Shower and bathroom with toilet and sink Wardrobe and closets. Heating: electric radiators as well as a heat pump and air conditioning in the kitchen The house is a non-smoking house. Smoking in the house is prohibited! Pets are also not allowed. Internet: 3G/LTE is available in the mobile network. If this cannot be used by you due to the lack of data rate, we can provide data quantities for a fee on request via a 3G mobile router. Other things to note Tenants must empty the trash cans, wash dishes, sweep and tidy up before leaving. Electricity consumption will be charged at the current rate of SEK 4/kWh or €0.4/kWh. Upon arrival and departure, the meter reading must be noted and the electricity consumed must be paid. Please understand that this may need to be adjusted in the current price development. Please note: the star rating of our guests does not correspond to the stars customary in hotels. It is a nice vacation home, but not a 5-star hotel! In case of drought in summer, no open campfire may be made in the garden, as the house is located in the forest and in summer there is often a risk of forest fire. Wireless Internet with 4G/LTE is available at the location. EU data contracts can be used as at home as part of EU roaming.
