This peaceful accommodation in the heart of the countryside is ideal for a stay with family or friends accompanied, if you wish, by your pets: horses, dogs and cats. A large garden with Jacuzzi will ensure a relaxing and wellness moment. Ideally located between Dinan, Saint Malo, Dinard and Rennes, perfect for cultural visits or enjoying the sea. You will also find the Bourbansais Zoo 3 minutes away, 7 minutes. Cobac Parc, 20 min. the Grand Aquarium and 15 min. Aqua Malo. The space In the house, two bedrooms have a double bed and two other bedrooms are modular, two single beds or double bed according to your needs as well as a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. You will also find three shower rooms, one with a bathtub, each bathroom has its own toilet. A fitted kitchen is at your disposal with a five-burner stove, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and parasol await you. As well as a large garden with jacuzzi (accessible from April 1 to November 1), table, deckchairs, swing and several children's games. The gite is next to a stable that can offer you several activities around horses. Guest access The gîte is located in a small, very quiet hamlet in the countryside, 3 minutes from the village of Pleugueneuc. 15 minutes from Combourg train station, 25 minutes from Saint Malo and its coast, 15 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from Rennes. The house has a small enclosed parking lot for two cars, it is also possible to park two more outside this parking lot.
