Guest access Guests have access to entire house Several cabinets in lower level are locked with no access and no garage or shed access granted. Other things to note Published nightly rate is for 6 guests, $20 per night pp up to 12 total guests Pet Fee: up to 2 well behaved, non-agressive dogs allowed for $35 per pet additional charge. Owner must provide copy of current rabies vaccination prior to stay and is responsible for waste cleanup. Fee does not include cleaning fee for excessive fur or damages caused as a result of their stay. Flea & Tick prevention should be up to date Boat Launch & Swimming: dock area has lilly pads so not the best place to jump in & swim. There is a public beach & boat launch just down the road for swimming & launching your boat. Kayaks & Canoes can be launched from the property Gas Grill is provided. propane is not included. You may use any left by prior guest and refill if more needed. Fire Wood - WINTER ONLY - a small starter bundle is provided - if more needed you may bring or purchase locally. TRAIL ACCESS: Summer / ATV: Back Lake Rd is part of the main trail system and you may leave right from the front door! Winter / Snowmobile: Main trail system is across the lake at the far end to the left. When the lake is frozen you may ride acroos to connect with the trails, if the lake is not frozen, you will trailer a short 3 min drive to the Back Lake Rd launch site.
