1.5 hours from Paris (direct access via the N7), get away from it all in this 3-bedroom villa, including 1 master suite. Garden side: forest view, fire pit, BBQ, table tennis and relaxation (hammock, swing). Above all, enjoy a sheltered area with a Canadian massage hot tub and 6-seater Jacuzzi heated to at least 36°C year-round! (Bathrobes and linens provided.) Self-service bean-to-cup coffee machine, pond and walking trails. Events welcome (birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor parties). Comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The space The Ground Floor (Living Area): You will access the accommodation from the back of the house, via a separate entrance and a large bay window that floods the living room with light. Opposite the living room, discover a modern open kitchen. Note: The house is fully oriented towards the garden and forest. To properly separate our two living spaces and ensure the tranquility of each, the shutters on the road-side facade remain closed and locked. The large glass window opens up the entire living space and the light 100% to the natural surroundings. L'Étage (Sleeping area): The landing leads to the various rest and bathing areas: On the left: A cozy first bedroom. In the middle: A second bedroom. (The shutters on the road side are closed to preserve the boundaries of our private spaces; the room gets daylight thanks to its Velux window). The bathroom: Equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet (shutter closed on the front facade). The master suite: A private space with its own walk-in shower and vanity unit. Outdoors: In the immediate vicinity of the house, the wellness space awaits you. Settle into the hot tub and enjoy a soothing and completely unobstructed view of the forest, in complete privacy. Guest access House available during your stay accessible from the back with 5000 m of land exclusively reserved for guests. Only our outbuilding on the front part of the plot is not accessible. All on a 5500m2 plot Other things to note Capacity for 2–8 guests. For the 7th and 8th beds, the sofa bed in the living room can be used, or a double mattress can be provided in one of the bedrooms. Information about the hot tub: The water is changed almost every time there are new occupants. However, if 2 reservations are to follow, you will be asked to take a shower with soap before entering the spa (as the jets are quite powerful, they remove even the smallest particles of skin, and otherwise the water could become a little cloudy).
