Spacious cozy family house!

Bring the whole family to this cozy, warm & family friendly house with lots of room for fun. Trampoline, football goal, bikes and kick bikes in garden. Plenty of board games, Xbox, a fully furnished loft with keyboard, guitar, toys and a really cozy atmosphere. Spacious livingroom/TV room with an open fire place. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Close to the E4 highway for daily excursions. Nature around the corner. Train/bus station in village. Welcome! The space - Smoking is not allowed - Only pillows and blankets are available for (big blanket for the double bed, two single blankets and one toddler blanket), so please bring your own pillow cases and duvet covers. - Towels are available but since we are not home in between guests, please wash towels and hang them up to dry for the next guest. Or bring your own. Washing detergent and fabric softener is available for free. Thank you! - Good to know: the bedroom wardrobe, drawers, cupboards around the house and fridge and freezer are not completely empty for you to store all your belongings and clothes, since we live in this house all year around. We will leave some hangers for clothes but otherwise it's not a traditional hotel ;-) - Good to know: We have no cleaning company that comes to clean in between guests. There is a practical Dyson vacuum cleaner and an easy Swiffer to use upon departure :)
