The house is in a sought-after location, south of the municipality of Raubling, Rosenheim district. The spacious apartment/house has 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large garden and 2 terraces, and also offers enough space for larger families and groups. In an idyllic setting with endless mountain biking and hiking trails, as well as ski resorts in all directions, it offers countless opportunities for easy and challenging activities. Enjoy the large garden, as well as culinary experiences at surrounding restaurants. Lakes for swimming and cable cars are just a few minutes away. The rural area combines tranquility and relaxation with excellent transportation connections. The motorway connection (Munich/Salzburg/Kufstein), which is about 5 minutes away, offers easy access and invites you to a wide variety of activities in all directions. Only 10 minutes by car, the parking lot of the Wendelstein cogwheel train and many other cable cars can be reached. In just 20 minutes by car, you can reach Austria and its hiking and skiing areas, as well as other outdoor activities. The Sudelfeld ski resort can be reached in 25 minutes and the ski resort “Wilder Kaiser” in A-Scheffau can be reached in just 30 minutes.
