In the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, this former 110 m² winegrower's house combines old world charm with modern comfort. Located in the village of Givry, it allows you to easily enjoy the markets, restaurants, wine cellars and shops within walking distance, while exploring the vineyards, villages and greenways of the region. Easy to access from Paris (1 hour 20 minutes by TGV), Lyon or Geneva, the house accommodates up to 6 people (+ babies upon request) and has: – 3 comfortable bedrooms with high-quality bedding – 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub – a large, friendly living room with an equipped kitchen - Linens provided The glass‑roofed entrance brings in beautiful natural light throughout the day. Outside, the enclosed and landscaped inner courtyard allows you to share summer meals, aperitifs, barbecues, and moments of relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Even at the height of summer, the house remains pleasant to live in thanks to the air conditioning in all rooms, the stone walls, and the naturally cool vaulted cellar, ideal for extending evenings. For families, equipment is available upon request: cot, highchair, games and books. Guest access Access is directly from the street via a private and autonomous entrance. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity of the house, with the possibility of accessing the courtyard to easily unload luggage, strollers, or children's equipment upon arrival.
