My place is close to a wonderful view of the Hohenwartestausee. Not far away there are swimming facilities and boat docks on the reservoir. The charm of the old rustic half-timbered house with clay plaster and wooden floorboards, the tranquility away from the noise of everyday life, many signposted hiking trails and friendly villagers and a quaint village pub make this holiday resort an insider tip for connoisseurs. Dogs are welcome after consultation. The space Our approx. 300-year-old half-timbered house has been lovingly renovated according to ecological aspects and the room walls individually painted with clay colors. You can expect a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and two sinks, an extra toilet, a cozy lounge (with sofa bed for two people), a four-bed room, a double room. The number of beds can be increased by up to three extra beds and the use of the hall (€ 80 extra). A small single room (€20.00 extra) and a large double room (€45.00 extra) with an extra bed can also be booked. You have the opportunity to use our approx. 2000 m² natural garden to relax, camp, grill or soak up the sun. A grill, garden chairs and tables are provided. Guest access Our large 2000 m² fenced natural garden is at your disposal as well as our approx. 700 m² enclosed courtyard. For an extra charge, you can use our approx. 100 m² hall. There are cozy sofas, armchairs, tables and chairs for larger groups, a beautiful wood stove for heating and cooking, a well-equipped kitchenette, a ping pong table and, if necessary, up to 7 additional beds. Other things to note In the garden, some of our sheep are there most of the time in summer, behind an electric fence.
