Latch Cottage

Latch Cottage is a cosy and quirky cottage located in the village of Gayton. The village is located 8 miles from Kings Lynn and just a short drive away from some of North Norfolk’s most popular beautiful beaches and the well known Sandringham House & Gardens. We allow well-behaved dogs, please ensure you add them to your booking. The space Parking: The cottage is down a private road and there is off-road parking for one car only in front of the garage. Please note access to the garage is prohibited. Downstairs: Kitchen - Country kitchen with a four person dining table and amenities such as microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, airfryer & coffee machine. Living Room - Snug space with log burning fire (wood only), comfy settees which easily seat four people. Please note the fire will be available to use from 1st October 2025. Downstairs Bathroom - Newly refurbished with toilet, sink, towel rail and single electric shower. Upstairs: Bedroom One - Comfortable double bed, one bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, chest of draws and hanging space for clothes. Bedroom Two - Two single beds, two bed side tables & mirror. Please note this is a small room and is open to the stairs. We have added a balustrade to the banister and curtains for privacy, see photos. Outside: The garden is at the front of the cottage, it is fenced and gated. You will find a spacious patio area with table and chairs, BBQ and a grassed area. Guest access Access via lockbox.
