About this place Quietly located in a village on the banks of the Doubs, 10 minutes from Besançon, close to Euroveloroute 6, this bright duplex studio of 50 m2, completely renovated, is on the 1st floor, with a separate entrance. Parking a vehicle is available in our private alley. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The space The space The fully renovated accommodation is a 50 m2 duplex: downstairs: - a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic stove, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster) + dishes. - a living room with fireplace (wood insert), TV and sofa bed 160 x 200 (new bedding). Linens are provided, the bed will be made upon arrival. A "fire" kit will be available to enjoy the fireplace (logs, firelighter...) upstairs: - a mezzanine area with wardrobe storage with hangers (empty so you can store your belongings.) - a bathroom with bathtub, a sink with storage and a mirror, and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are at your disposal. (attention height 1.80 m floor under slope) -> Free Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation. -> Baby cot available upon request. -> You will find at your disposal a "starter kit" consisting of coffee/tea and basic groceries (olive oil, vinegar, salt).
