You'll have exclusive private access to the main house, swimming pool, landscaped grounds, and private parking, with no shared spaces or other guest groups. We'll coordinate your check-in and check-out details in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Other things to note Important Information & Additional Fees Pets: USD $50 per booking, subject to prior approval. Mandatory housekeeping service: COP $100,000 (approximately USD $26) per staff member, per working day. One staff member is required for groups of up to 8 guests, and two are required for groups of more than 8. Their usual working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They can assist with cooking, cleaning, and tidying up the bedrooms. In Colombia, it is customary to share meals with the staff. Cleaning fee: The fee charged through Airbnb covers preparing the house before your arrival and cleaning after checkout. Daily housekeeping services are charged separately and paid directly to the staff, as agreed. Check-in and checkout: Times are coordinated in advance, and flexibility depends on the booking calendar. When other guests are arriving on the same day, checkout time must be strictly respected. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur additional charges, up to the cost of an extra night, subject to the agreed terms. Mosquitoes: Mosquitoes tend to be more active around sunset, especially between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. Although the property receives regular pest control treatments, we recommend bringing insect repellent to enjoy the outdoor areas comfortably.
