Goldsteig 3 - Double room

Enjoy staying in a cozy room with a large double bed, 2 armchairs & coffee table, digital TV with Netflix, separate bathroom and balcony compartment. The bathroom with shower is directly accessible from the room. You have a kitchen at your disposal (fridge in a separate small adjoining room) that you may share with the guests of the other rooms. The space Our house is full of children and pets, but we have enough space for guests from all over the world. An entire floor with three individually available rooms and a shared kitchen are available. The balcony offers a place in the countryside. Very centrally located for Zoigl visits, directly on the hiking trail "Goldsteig". However, cyclists must first ride up the steep mountain to us! A hiking paradise right outside the front door (Waldnaabtal nature reserve) as well as many circular hiking trails offer relaxation. Guest access They use the shared front door, but are on a separate guest floor. Since our house is on a slope, the basement is still equipped with a balcony and our "second ground floor." During your stay We live in the same house, you can contact me directly in person or via Airbnb. Other things to note Your room and bathroom is your private area, the kitchen is available to all guests of our house. In the adjoining room, 2 refrigerators and drinks (for a fee) are available.
