Polna Osada Nadkole I with Hot Tub is a comfortable house for up to 9 guests, just 40 minutes from Warsaw. It features 5 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Each house has a private terrace with a wood-fired hot tub, grill, and dining table. Guests share access to a heated pool (May–September), sauna, and gym. Perfect for a nature getaway near the Liwiec and Bug rivers, with kayaking, biking trails, and Nadbużański Landscape Park nearby. The space The property features four cozy, modern cottages, each separated by small fences to ensure privacy and comfort. Every cottage includes its own private wood-fired hot tub located on the terrace – perfect for relaxing in any season. Guests can also enjoy a shared recreation area with a heated swimming pool (open from May to September), a sauna, and a gym. Grill is available from April to October. Other things to note A refundable deposit of 1000 PLN is required for each reservation. The deposit serves as security for any potential damage or loss that may occur during the stay. The full amount will be refunded after check-out, provided that the property and its equipment remain in good condition. If the value of damages exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Guest is financially responsible for covering the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged items. Firewood for the hot tub is not included in the stay price. Guests may bring their own firewood or purchase it on-site for 150 PLN per pack (approx. 2 uses). Heated swimming pool-available during the summer months (usually from May to September, depending on weather conditions). Please note that outdoor and leisure equipment (e.g. grill, hammock, terrace furniture) may differ from what is shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear from guest use and the seasonal availability of certain items. Outdoor equipment is available seasonally – typically from May to October.
