Cozy cabin with private hot tub

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With exclusive use of hot tub. Only 15min to Edinburgh city centre by train and 1hour to Glasgow centre Regular bus service into city centre (every 15min) a 30min journey. 5min walk to local shops, bakery, pharmacy and pub. 7min walk from water of leith walk way. Harlaw reservoir and the pentland hills are only 12min drive away or around an hour walk. Close to Herriot watt university- 5 min drive or 25min walk 15min from Edinburgh airport on The space The cabin is suitable for two guests. Stand alone cabin with private hot tub. It is not suitable for guests with infants/children. There is a double sized bed. And seperate small sofa. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. *there is no oven or hob* The private bathroom has an electric shower with instant hot water. The tv allows guests to login to Netflix, bbc iplayer etc. The hot tub is strictly available to use between 9.30am to 9.30pm, no music should be played outdoors after 9.30pm. There should be no glasses taken out to the hot tub area, please use plastic glasses provided. The hot tub is situated in a private area next to the cabin and is exclusive to cabin guests. No smoking or vaping in hot tub area. *please note that the cabin is situated in the garden of a family home in a residential area* This is a no smoking cabin. If caught smoking or vaping you will be asked to leave immediately and may incur a charge. Guest access Once through garden gate which has a key lock installed, code will be given after booking. Walk to the back of the garden where the cabin is situated and further instructions will be issued 24 hours before check in. Other things to note Please note this is situated in the garden of our family home in a residential area. The garden is solely for access to the cabin. No guests should be in the garden area unless entering or exiting the property. This is a no smoking cabin.
