Located in an exclusive residential complex, it features a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. In summer, during your stay, you will have access to the private beach of the Cala Piccola consortium, enjoying free parasols and sun loungers. You can also take advantage of the free shuttle service. The space The apartment is located in the residential complex of Cala Piccola, more precisely in the quiet town of Le Roccette, in a strategic position to be able to give you a breathtaking view and moments of absolute quiet. The house consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and a magnificent outdoor area. The terrace overlooking the sea is one of the most evocative spaces of the property. Thanks to the porch, you can enjoy outdoor lunches sheltered from the sun, relax with a good book in the afternoon silence or enjoy a sunset aperitif overlooking the islands. From the outside, through a large French window, you can access the living room, equipped with a comfortable armchair that can also be used as a bed. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room, and is equipped with everything you need to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed and a large closet where you can store your clothes. In the same room there is a reading corner, where you can relax after spending a day at the beach. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub and full bathroom fixtures. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, comforters, hair dryer, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The beautiful private beach is always accessible, while the beach resort is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. During the season, you can take advantage of sun loungers, parasols, showers to remove salt, and changing rooms. A bar, canoe and SUP rental, and a ping pong table are also available. A magnificent place to enjoy the peace, nature and crystal clear waters of Cala Piccola. You will be immersed in tranquility, surrounded by the sound of nature alone, but just a few minutes away by car you can still reach the center of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, where you will find restaurants and characteristic clubs. Guest access All the areas described will be at your complete disposal. To access the house, you must climb about 20 steps, so it is difficult for people with poor mobility to access. Other things to note You can always access the private beach, but the plant will open in early June, until the end of September. The shuttle service will be active from June 28, 2025 to September 7, 2025. Pets are not allowed in the plant! We would like to inform you that, in accordance with local laws, a tourist tax of €2 per night per person is required for all guests, excluding children under the age of 14 and people with disabilities. Please keep this additional cost in mind during your reservation and prepare for payment at check-in. You will be issued an invoice for the full amount of the booking, in which the amount will be broken down into the following items: • OTA commissions • Cleaning services •⁠ ⁠Comprehensive guest management services (the amount of which is approximately 25% of the proceeds after deducting OTA fees and cleaning services) •⁠ ⁠Rental fee collected (and forwarded to the owners) In addition to the invoice, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement via OTP, which is not yet mandatory but is certainly binding and more secure for both parties.
