The space This family home located in La Roche Blond, near Fresselines, is the ideal place to fully disconnect during your stay in Creuse, in the heart of the Valley of Painters. You will enjoy a nice garden to relax, as well as a plancha to share good meals outdoors. Direct access to the back of the house allows you to reach the river by a pleasant walk of about 500 meters. Calm and nature await you. The house, located in the small village of La Roche Blond, offers several sleeping areas to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor you will find a large family room with plenty of storage, a workspace and an ensuite bathroom. The living room, also downstairs, is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare good dishes: dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, stove and everything you need to cook. A washing machine is also available for your use. Upstairs, a second bedroom with bathroom and a seating area with sofa bed complete the picture. The property has 4 double beds. For added comfort, we've limited the capacity to 6 people in the ad.
