Centrally Located Maisonette with Private Parking

My cosy one-bed maisonette flat is the perfect base for exploring Shrewsbury. It’s my part-time home, so there are a few personal touches, please treat it like we're good friends! 🙂 Located on the first floor of a maisonette with its own parking space, it’s a short walk to the town centre, old fashioned British pubs, local shops, and peaceful riverside walks. A quiet, homely spot close to everything! The space The thing that makes my home so unique in the area is its own private parking space! Just set back from the main road through Coleham, a few minutes walk from town, this peaceful first-floor flat offers the perfect mix of convenience of the buzz of town or a peaceful evening in for your visit. This flat is my part-time home, so you’ll find a few personal touches and belongings throughout. I kindly ask that you treat the space like you're a friend during your stay, it’s lived-in and loved, and I hope you’ll feel right at home. Inside, you'll find all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including a small but fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge, and a light, airy bedroom. Please note, the bed is a superking and is against one wall. Therefore you can only get out of the bed from the BOTTOM or the ONE side, this is visible in the photos of the bedroom! The bed may not be suitable for older couples or people with mobility issues. The property is just moments from riverside walks, independent pubs, cafés, and local shops – everything you need to enjoy the charm of Shrewsbury right on your doorstep. The neighbours here are a lovely bunch, mostly of the older generation, friendly and quiet. They won’t be the ones keeping you up at night, so please return the favour and keep noise to a minimum if you're coming in late. It’s a peaceful little spot, and I’d love to keep it that way for everyone! 😌 Please note: a well-behaved dog does occasionally stay here with me. While the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, it might not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. Guest access There's a parking space in front of the property, which is a few paces from the front door through a beautiful courtyard area, gardened and managed by my lovely downstairs neighbour, Alan! My home is a first floor flat but has its own entranceway (not shared!) on the ground floor and it is self check in, with clear instructions provided before arrival!
