Relax alone, as a couple or with your family in this peaceful accommodation in the Spanish Alpujarras. The house is built in the typical style of the old Moorish houses, which make a pleasant climate in heat and cold. From the spacious covered terrace with morning sun you can enjoy the view over the village and mountains all day long. The space There is a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with a cozy sofa bed, a small bathroom and a larger one with shower and bidet, accessible via the covered terrace on the 1st floor. In front of the front door there is a small private area with a small bench and a lockable gate. The windows accessible from the outside have protective grilles. All windows and doors can be completely darkened with wooden shutters. A high chair is available for small children, as well as a small paddling pool and some toys. An additional single mattress can be requested. The view from the living room window goes south-west over the valley and the mountains, behind which the sun sets in the evening and the stars sparkle at night. Atalbéitar is the smallest village in the La Taha region. Life here is a little slower than in other parts of Spain. The architecture is old and protected and the population is open-minded and diverse. In the surrounding villages you will find shops and many cozy bars and cafes with good food and drinks. The landscape invites you to marvel, hike and explore. There are numerous hiking trails with varying difficulty. The impressive nature is characterized by the scent of wild herbs, numerous waterfalls, trees with olives, almonds, and mulberries, as well as chestnuts on ancient trees. At the entrance to the village there is a free parking lot and there is the possibility to drive by car to the accommodation for loading and unloading. In the village, the streets are too narrow for cars, as it was built at a time when there were only donkeys and horses for transport. Guest access The whole place is available for use.
