Enjoy your stay in our spacious (64 sqm), very well-equipped and quiet Alb vacation apartment "Gabriela." It is located in the climatic spa town of Westerheim, in the heart of the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve. Show caves, adventure golf, an indoor swimming pool with a sauna, hiking and biking trails, unspoiled nature and much more – forget the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries. The covered south balcony (loggia) with good views invites you to linger and relax. The space Our apartment on the 2nd floor has a dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (except for a freezer and dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink (shower gel, towels, soap, and hair dryer are provided). There is a play area with children's toys, coloring materials, board games, and children's games. The living room area is equipped with a couch set, table, media TV, music system and a business area. In the bedroom area, there is a double bed (140 × 200 cm), 2 nightstands, and bed linens; extra blankets are provided. If required (on request), a baby travel crib (one-time fee of 5.00 euros for the entire stay) or an additional folding bed (for children and teenagers up to 16 years old) can be provided. The nightly price is for 1 to 2 people; each additional person (child/teenager) is an extra €10.00 per night. Children under 6 years old stay with us for free. The large covered south-facing balcony (loggia), which offers a great view, is furnished with a table and 2 chairs and invites you to linger. Guest access Free parking is available for our guests on our property. For your safety and ours and to protect your property and ours, the entrance area and the parking lot are under video surveillance. There are of course no cameras inside the building! Other things to note The apartment is very spacious (64 sqm) and has been furnished with a lot of love to make it cozy for our guests. The dining room with open kitchen, a play area for our little guests, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, the living area with couch set, TV, music system, board games and reading material, the sleeping area with a double bed, as well as a work area with desk, chair and charging facilities for, for example, laptop and cell phones, and the loggia (covered south-facing balcony with a good view) make the stay pleasant. Kitchen: Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill function, refrigerator, electric stove with ceramic hob, dishes, cutlery, pots, Dish towels, blender, other utensils, coffee, tea, spices, cleaning supplies. No dishwasher and no deep freezer! Dinning Area: 1 dining table, 4 chairs, dresser, wardrobe, hangers, Information on places to visit, the surrounding area, activities, dining, shopping, etc. Play area: Children's books, board games, coloring materials, toys, children's games Bath: Shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, hot water, heating, towels, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand soap Living area: TV with Magenta TV, music system, couch set with table Sleeping area: 1 double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) for 1–2 people, 2 nightstands, bedding included. Pillows, blankets, and extra blankets, 1 clothes rack If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a baby travel cot upon request for a one-time fee of 5.00 euros for the entire stay. One child 0-6 years old stays with us free of charge. For a child from 7 to 16 years, the price per night is an additional 10.00 euros (3rd person). In this case, a folding bed for a child/teenager (up to 16 years) will be provided. The price for this extra bed is 10.00 euros per night, in addition to the booking price. A shared entrance to the building with the landlord, but a separate staircase to the vacation rental. We speak German and English. The phone numbers and email addresses are available for you in the apartment. Our house is a non-smoking house! This means that no smoking is allowed inside the house. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony (loggia). Please use only the ashtray provided by us and be sure to keep the balcony door closed while smoking to prevent the smell of smoke in the apartment.
