On the middle floor, there is a combined kitchen-living room with a beautiful bay window and laundry facilities. There's also a piano in the house. On the top floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, a lobby and an alcove. The courtyard is lush and sheltered, the back terrace has dining furniture and guests have access to an electric sauna.
