Eidnes gard "Smio"

Welcome to Eidnes Gard "Smio". The place is beautifully situated on the apple farm at Eidnes Lofthus in Hardanger. If you want to walk the Queen's Trail or the Monk's Rope, Eidnes is the perfect place to stay. Applegarden is located at the start of Dronningstien, about 1 km above the city center. "Smio" is located in the farmhouse of the yard, with its own entrance. The apartment was built/ furnished new in summer 2018, including a new large exterior terrace. Here the evening sun can be enjoyed with a great view of the fjord and the folklore! The space Until 1975, there was a lie-forge in the yard and it was one of the country's largest lie producers. The apartment we call Smio, since it is located in the same place as the forge. Today there is production of apple and apple juice in the garden. The place is called "Smio" (Smithy), since it once was a smithy there until 1975. The farm was one of the biggest producer of scythe i Norway. Today the farm produces Apple and Apple-juice. Guest access Smio consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Upstairs to the loft with 2 beds (without door). Nice bathroom with WC, shower, sink and washing machine. Spacious hallway. Bedroom with 140 "double bed", and wardrobe for storage. Exterior large terrace, and parking space for up to 3 cars. The place has a livings room combined with kitchen. Sleeping sofa, TV, dinner table. Stair up to the loft with 2 beds (no door). Nice bathroom with washing machine. Bedroom with 140cm double bed, and wardrobe. Big terrace outside, and parking for up to 3 cars. Other things to note There is parking for up to 2-3 cars. An outdoor living area at the entrance, and a large terrace with stunning views! 50 meters to the start of the Queen's Trail/monk steps. Smio is also located along the route to Hardanger Fruit Trail. Towels and bed linen are included, but we would like them to put them on wash before misplacing the space. Any cleaning costs $500. Parking for 2-3 cars. Outdoor area at the entrance, and a big terrace with a spectacular view! 50 meters to the start point of "Dronningstien" and "munketreppene" (Munk steps). Towels and sheets are included, but we want you to put them to wash before you leave. If you want us to clean the apartment, it will cost 500 NOK.
