Inside, you’ll find: • A double bed with fresh linens • A comfortable sofa and smart TV for relaxing evenings • A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking at home • A clothing rack, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and full-length mirror Please note: Access to the flat is via a private side entrance with a secure lockbox, ensuring flexible and easy check-in. The flat is located up a flight of stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. 🚿 Bathroom Setup The studio includes a private bathroom (toilet, sink & standing shower), which is located just outside the flat door but directly opposite on the same floor. It is not shared with any other guests, and photos are provided in the listing for transparency. 🚗 Parking There is free on-street parking available in the area, but please note that this is not allocated, and spots are subject to availability. 🍕Staying here comes with a tasty perk — the flat is located right above a popular pizza shop, and as our guest, you’ll enjoy a 10% discount on all orders!
