Authentic and spacious Oaxacan house with spectacular views, close to the mountains, north of the city. -IDEAL IF YOU BRING A CAR- A very quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle and have a restful stay, 25 to 30 minutes by car from downtown Oaxaca. My house is very spacious and tidy. It is located in a small community very close to a protected natural area. Ideal for large families who want to get to know Oaxaca from another perspective. The space Welcome to our property, a house that we take care of with all our love. Our accommodation is a house equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant, quiet and restful stay. Near the house there is an ecological park with beautiful walking trails. The house has 3 floors distributed as follows: GROUND FLOOR - Garage for 1 car -1 Living room - 1 TV room -Guest bathroom - Dining room -Kitchen - Utility courtyard -Full service bathroom FIRST FLOOR -Master bedroom 1 with full bathroom (gas heater for hot water) -Room 2 (2 people) and Room 3 (3 people) with shared full bathroom (solar heater for hot water) -Living room and small workspace 2ND FLOOR -Terrace with panoramic view -Bar and small kitchenette - Two half bathrooms We have an apartment (on the 2nd floor) included on the same property (4 people). The Coralillo apartment has: - 2 bedrooms -1 full bathroom (gas heater for hot water) -Kitchen - Utility courtyard - 3RD FLOOR - ROOFTOP - Beautiful space with a nice panoramic view, ideal for a good time, having a coffee or doing yoga. - Swing, chairs, hammock QUITE SAFE ON-STREET PARKING. The accommodation has an exterior camera at the main entrance, solely for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house or in any other area. REGARDING DISCOUNTS: Discounts apply ONLY through the PLATFORM and are based on the length of stay. No additional discounts or adjustments are made outside of Airbnb. Guest access You can use the whole house, there are only 2 rooms that are storage rooms and for that reason they will be closed. We allow parties and gatherings ONLY for tenants registered in the reservation and until 1:00 am. As long as they are held on the main terrace (not inside the rooms or the house) The house is still on a dirt road but very close to the pavement, you will have no problem getting there. The only common areas are the 2 terraces, and the door to access them is completely independent of the main doors of the house or apartment. We never enter the house without notifying you or scheduling a visit, and only for repairs or to pump water from the tank to the water tanks. HOUSE CLEANING The house is delivered very clean and basic cleaning supplies are provided at the beginning of the reservation (once they run out, the guest must purchase the supplies they require). Housekeeping during the stay is at the guest's expense. For stays longer than 7 nights, a change of sheets, towels and toilet paper is provided free of charge. We provide a cleaning service at a cost for any day of your stay. Other things to note WATER IS VITAL TO OUR COMMUNITY. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF IT AND DO NOT WASTE IT BECAUSE IT IS VERY SCARCE. 1.-PETS DUE TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ACCOMMODATION, PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. ONLY REGISTERED PERSONS CAN ACCESS AND HOLD SMALL MEETINGS IN THE MAIN TERRACE AREA. 5.- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE, ONLY ON THE MAIN TERRACE (THE ONE WITHOUT ARTIFICIAL GRASS).
