Other things to note NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: Upon check-in, a security deposit of ₱3,000 is required. This deposit serves as a safeguard against any potential damages, breakages, or stains on towels/linens/curtains and other items. A thorough inspection of the unit and its contents will be conducted upon check-out. The security deposit will be returned after the inspection, which may take up to an hour to complete. Please be advised that early check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. An additional fee of 100 pesos per hour will apply for check-ins prior to our standard check-in time.
