The space The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Zaragoza, with all the necessary services just a few minutes away: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, hairdressers, a tobacco shop, a shopping center and much more. Its location is perfect for a comfortable stay, whether for leisure or work. It can accommodate up to 7 guests and is fully equipped with bedding, towels, a kitchen with utensils, an Italian coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric juicer, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. 🐾 Pets allowed on request. The surcharge is €10 per pet per day, with a maximum of 2 pets per booking. Guest access 🏡 Common areas The apartment is part of a beautiful residential complex with large landscaped areas, pleasant spaces for walking, a seasonal community pool, a basketball court and a playground, ideal for enjoying as a family. 🚗 Private parking included in a community garage. 🏊 Seasonal community pool, free for guests (check availability based on time of year). 🛡️ Surveillance in common areas and in the garage for greater peace of mind. 🗑️ Garbage collection: Monday-Saturday after 8 pm. Please do not leave garbage bags on the landing before that time to avoid inconveniencing the neighbors. 🛏️ Bed linens and towels: Each guest will receive one bath towel and one hand towel upon arrival, in addition to the corresponding bed linens. For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly change of towels and sheets is included at no additional cost. Other things to note Entry: after 4pm. Check out: until 11am.
