This house with stable WIFI is located in the small-scale bungalow park Villas Vista Masaya in the tropical forest with a fantastic view on the crater lake Masaya. The house can accommodate longer stays for digital nomads. There is a pool and hiking trails. The house can be used for online two bedroom work. It's quiet and the climate is pleasant. The distance to the asphalt road is 1.5 km and there is Masatepe with all amenities. Private pets are not allowed. The space The bungalow is comfortable with two separate bedrooms with individual beds, one bathroom with hot shower and a separate toilet. Linen is provided and the beds will be made when you come. For the pool you will receive an extra towel per person. When you find that necessary, you can exchange the used linens with us for clean sheets and towels. The windows have screens and fences, allowing you to open the windows and a fresh breeze to enter your room. There is a fully equipped wooden kitchen with fridge and a four-burner gas stove with oven. Over the full width of the bungalow, there is a covered terrace where you can hang the hammock present, but where there is also room for the four rocking chairs, dining room chairs, and dining table. To make it easy for you, there are two tables so one can stay outside. The construction and the furnishings have been involved as many local entrepreneurs as possible, and we have of course paid attention to the quality. The house is in the middle of nature. The WIFI signal is good, without this bringing extra costs for you, but experience shows that between seven and nine o'clock in the evening the signal is weakened or even stops because the signal is overloaded. We kindly ask you to take this into account. Guest access There is a swimming pool of 4 by 9 meters with a depth of 0.80 descending to 1.60 meters. Only guests of the park can use this. Diving is not allowed. There are hiking trails along the slopes where we grow coffee, but where we also planted a lot of fruit trees. The many native trees provide wood for furniture or for cooking on wood fire. The large guanacaste trees serve as shade for the coffee. Of course, as a guest, you can reap the rewards that ripen on the trees. On all these trees and shrubs come down birds, butterflies and other animals, which you can often see from your terrace. Other things to note The last one and a half kilometers to the place is a dirt road and not suitable for low cars in the wet time. Therefore, a car, which is a little higher on the wheels, is recommended. In the colder months of December, January and February, bring a vest or sweater if you also want to enjoy your rocking chair on the terrace in the evening. A flashlight for when the electricity fails, which fortunately is less and less common. We ask that you lock up your bungalow and put the valuables inside when you leave the bungalow. Of course, we do everything we can to prevent any inconvenience, but you are responsible for your own belongings and safety. There is surveillance on the property and the entrance gate is locked at six o'clock in the evening. Of course, the guard will take this into account if you have indicated that you arrive later than six in the evening. You keep your bungalow clean yourself, but if desired you can use the cleaning lady of the bungalow park for an additional fee. At the end of your stay, we ask you to leave everything clean or, if desired, we can do the final cleaning for an additional fee.
