A central and quiet apartment

Enjoy the simplicity of this very quiet, centrally located place to stay. We live in a three-story townhouse that is very cool in summer and very close to the main landmarks, but on a very quiet street with on-street parking. 700m from the natural pools and 200m from the castle. We rent out the ground floor when we are not using it. The most important things for us are respect and creating as peaceful an environment as possible, as we work from home. The space The 50m apartment has climalit windows with mosquito nets and high-speed WiFi consisting of: -Salon with air conditioning, heating and flat TV with chromecast for content sharing. -Marriage room with air conditioning and heating with a 1.550 bed. - Room with 2 80-cm futon beds, a desk, and heating. - Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, cleaning supplies... - Interior and outdoor clothesline located in the patio of lights that is exclusively for laying clothes and smoking -Bathroom with shower, heater, hairdryer... - Guests will have access to the rooms shown on the floor plan, for 2 or fewer people; please indicate which room will be used. Guest access The property is exclusively for the guests, except for the patio, which is for smoking and hanging clothes, which is why it does not appear in the photos. To access the property, you must provide a photo of your ID or fill out the form and indicate your approximate time of arrival. We will greet you in person, work permitting, or you will check in independently. No cleaning fees are charged, so you must leave the property in the same condition it was handed over in. However, we also offer the option of arranging cleaning for €50, subject to prior confirmation. Other things to note To access the house it is necessary to send the documentation of the acupantes aged 14 + and pets. It is very important to us that the property offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, so if you are looking for a few days to unwind and relax, we will be delighted to welcome you. Access to the housing of people outside the rental is prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate eviction of the dwelling, as reflected in the Castilla y León tourism housing legislation and the Airbnb rules. For rentals by 2 or fewer people, you must indicate which room will be used and the approximate time of arrival. The apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years old, and children and pets are not allowed to be left alone in the accommodation.
