Newly built cabin with all facilities

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. Newly built cabin with high and modern standard located shielded not far from the city center. Located in the hiking area of Ulvåsenmarka/Oksbåsen. Here you will find nice hiking conditions with marked trails and ski trails in summer and winter. There are no other cabins nearby, so here you get peace and quiet. Although it is sheltered, it is only 7 km to Orkanger city center, 4 km to Fannrem city center, and 45 km to Trondheim city center. There is a road all the way up. The space Large nice patio with many seats, fire pan and own climbing rack. The cabin was built in 2025. It is drilled for water, so there is running water. There is a large covered deck with many seating areas and nice views up Orkdalen and Trollheimen. The cabin contains: 1st floor: good and spacious hallway, open living room and kitchen. There is an oven in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. As well as all you need for making and serving food. On the dining table seats 8. The bathroom contains shower, washing machine, storage space, sink and flush toilet. One bedroom on the ground floor has two space-built beds that are 120 wide. 2nd floor: Loft living room. Here there is plenty of room for play. There is also a splash bed that can be used if needed and a good sofa chair. There are toys available for use at this lofstua. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. These beds have extra beds underneath. If you pull these out you will then get two extra sleeping places. The cabin is located in a hiking area. Here are a lot of marked trails. A popular family trip is the round about Rauhåmmåren which is a nice viewpoint. There is no wifi or TV. There is a road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin has an alarm system, so we will meet you and turn off the alarm when you arrive. In conjunction with the alarm system, cameras are set up inside. These are the alarm company that owns and they only take photos from the time you unlock the door until you have time to turn off the alarm. The water at the cabin comes from its own well which was drilled in 2025. The water is fresh and clean, but it doesn't taste as usual. This will change depending on conditions and usage. Therefore there is a can with drinking water in the fridge. We fill up with wood in a chest next to the oven. If you use more firewood than that, you'll have to get it yourself. There is one room that is locked off. There we put our private belongings. This means that everything you find in the cabin is at your free disposal. Guest access There is one bedroom on the ground floor and a storage room that is locked. The rest of the rooms and what they contain are at your disposal. Other things to note We will decline requests to rent the cabin for parties. If you want made beds and towels, this costs NOK 250 per person. This will come as an extra charge with a payment request via Airbnb.
