Other things to note 【Important Information for Your Stay】 To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, please take a moment to read the following information carefully. ■Please note that there are approximately 30 steps from the parking area to the accommodation. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a reservation. ■ About the Hot Spring Our hot spring is natural, and due to its origin, you may notice a slight sulfur smell. Depending on recent earthquakes or volcanic activity, black mineral deposits (Yunohana) may appear in the water. → These are naturally occurring and pose no safety concerns. After bathing, please make sure to close the valve completely. Leaving the water running may prevent the next guest from using the hot spring. ■ About the Natural Environment Our property is located in a forest-rich, natural setting. 　As such, insects may appear depending on the season and weather. We provide insect repellent spray and bug killer in the room, but insects may still enter through open windows or doors. → If you are extremely sensitive to insects, we kindly recommend considering this before booking. ■ Use of the Terrace Chairs are placed on the terrace, but please note they may break if used roughly. 　Please avoid sitting down forcefully to prevent damage or injury. ■ Noise and Cooking Restrictions The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 　To maintain a peaceful environment and respect our neighbors, please refrain from: 　- Making loud noises or speaking loudly 　- Playing music at high volumes 　- Cooking foods with strong odors (e.g., BBQ or grilled meats) → If we receive noise complaints, you may be asked to leave the property. ■ External Disturbances You may hear construction noise or sounds from nearby residents during your stay. Additionally, natural elements such as wind, rain, or insects may affect your experience. → We appreciate your understanding that refunds or discounts will not be provided for such external factors beyond our control. 【Frequently Asked Questions】 Q1: Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out? → We’re sorry, but we do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Q2: What amenities are provided? → We provide the following items per guest: 　- 1 face towel 　- 1 bath towel 　- 1 toothbrush 　- 1 pair of disposable slippers Q3: Is cleaning or towel replacement available during a multi-night stay? → We do not offer room cleaning or amenity replacement during your stay. 　However, for guests staying 2 nights, we will provide an additional set of towels (face towel & body towel). Q4: Are pajamas provided? → Pajamas are not provided. Please bring your own. Q5: Are condiments or seasonings available? → For hygiene reasons, no condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) are provided. Please bring your own if needed. Q6: Is Wi-Fi available? → Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. The SSID and password are posted inside the room. Q7: Is parking available? → Yes, we offer two free parking spaces on the property. 　※ Please note that the parking area is on a slope, so take extra caution when using it. 　※ We are not responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur while parking. 【Check-in & Check-out Information】 Our facility uses a contactless self check-in system. ● Check-in Available from 3:00 PM Before your stay, we will send you a URL to pre-register your guest information. On the day of arrival, please complete check-in using the tablet device located inside the room. The entrance door is equipped with an electronic lock (4-digit code). 　→ Your code will be sent to your registered email address on the morning of your stay. ● Check-out Please check out by 10:00 AM. 【No Smoking Inside the Property】 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area with an ashtray is located next to the entrance. ※ If you smoke inside the property, a fine of 10,000 JPY will be charged.
