Beautiful Berkeley Hills studio

Newly remodeled private studio in the beautiful Berkeley hills. Close to Tilden Park, UC Berkeley and the Gourmet Ghetto. Full kitchen and a private deck. NOTE: My son has severe allergies to most pet dander, so we can't host pets or service animals. We also can’t host smokers even if they don’t smoke on the premises. The space Downstairs studio apartment with a private entrance and deck. Studio has: - large living area - full kitchen (stove and range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster) - sleeping alcove with queen-size bed - couch is a sleeper sofa - bathroom with shower and pedestal sink - closet - WIFI Guest access You'll have your own entrance with a key-code lock. Also a private deck at the front of the house. Other things to note Street parking is easy to find. The neighbors really, really dislike cars turning around in their driveways, so I often find it best to drive around the block when leaving the house. (Somehow, it's become a sensitive issue here ... Sorry!) Because we live right upstairs, you will occasionally hear us walking around. I've asked many guests about the noise down there - most have said they can definitely hear us, but it's not 'bothersome'.
