La Bohème is an entire apartment on two floors, in a quiet and well-connected area. Ideal for those traveling by car, who need to reach the Polyclinic or are looking for a comfortable accommodation near the highway. On the 2nd and top floor of a condominium with ample free parking. Open space with equipped kitchen and peninsula, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs (spiral staircase) is a surprising open space where you can sleep or relax. The space The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, shower soap and hand soap. Upon arrival, you will find tea bags, instant coffee, and herbal teas. A welcome brioche is included for breakfast. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available for the duration of your stay. The accommodation is spread across two floors: • On the first floor there is a fan. • On the second floor, there is an air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped and available for guests, as well as the washing machine. Easy and convenient access. Designed for comfortable, practical and carefree stays. Guest access The entire two-story apartment is at your disposal. We can accommodate up to 4 people. If you book for two people, you can sleep on the 2nd floor in the double bed; if you book for three, a single bed will be set up on the 1st floor; if you book for four, a double bed for two people will be set up on the 1st floor. Check-in can be done independently, however I could also come in person to verify your personal documents, as required by Italian law. The condominium is located behind the Città di Udine polyclinic, in front of a large free parking lot. The condominium has 2 floors: once you enter the condominium, you will have to climb 4 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor, where the La Bohème apartment is located. I live nearby anyway and am available for any eventuality. Other things to note It is mandatory to pay a tourist tax per person/night, of €1.6 for the first 5 nights. This tax will be collected directly by Airbnb when booking If the booking is for the same day and there are 3-4 guests, I may ask you to prepare the sofa bed yourself: it's very simple and takes 5 minutes. I'll send you a video with clear instructions The house is located in a residential area, 50 meters from Viale Venezia where bus no. 4 passes that in 5-10'takes you to the CITY CENTER in Udine (Via Poscolle) and in 15' takes you to the train station.
