These renovated historic ruins are surrounded by pure nature with a river, waterfalls and mountains all around. The house is located in Mata da Margaraça nature reserve with the famous Fraga da Pena waterfalls at 15 min walk. The house consists of several semi-independent slate cottages that have been renovated with the authentic style of this mountain area. Guest access All rooms are semi-independent: you go outside to the common house. This gives a lot of privacy while you can also choose more commonality by staying in the living room. Other things to note The road down from where you park the car is a steep road of 4 to 5 minutes. For the effort, you will be rewarded with pristine nature around the house.
