The cozy, bright 100-square-meter apartment with its own entrance to the building can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children on the 2nd floor. There is also another bedroom with a bathroom on the 2nd floor, which can accommodate 2 more adults. The space 2 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed 180 x 200, and the children's room next door has a bed 140 x 200. A crib with bars and a changing table are also provided. The living room with a couch and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, hairdryer and toilet completes the apartment. The balcony, accessible from the hallway, can be used. In the beautiful, warm summer months you can spend barbecue evenings in the garden. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking in front of the house free of charge. Please note that the accommodation is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. Our large garden offers a private terrace, games and fun for children, such as a slide, swing and sandpit. In beautiful natural surroundings, you can hike on well-developed hiking trails and cycle on the bike paths. Other excursion options include Lake Eging. It is perfect for swimming, and the solar spa and the garden of the senses invite you to linger. The Western town of Pullman City (about 6 km away). There is fun and games in Pullman City, especially for families with children. The city of Passau is about 30 minutes away by car. From there you can take boat trips on the Danube. The city of Passau itself is beautiful, and the historic areas create a special atmosphere. The Danube Cycle Path leads directly through Eging.
