IMPORTANT  This *** gîte has a separate equipment room where the pool motor is located. The latter works 24 hours a day and produces a slight constant buzz of about 50 dB (comparable to that of a refrigerator). This room is closed, but the noise is audible. For the sake of transparency and to compensate for this, we have already reduced the rental price by 25% compared to the normal price.
