As well as the outdoors (swimming pool and private garden). Shared spaces are the outdoor entrance, and the laundry room. Other things to note → Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the house. Any persistent odor or non-compliance with the listing will result in a claim to Airbnb and a financial penalty to cover the cleaning fee. → The street is quiet and we have very good relations with the neighborhood. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night. → Parties and evenings are not allowed, even in small groups. This is for peaceful use only. → 1 pet can be allowed (upon request, fee €25). → Please do not move the furniture, either in the rooms or in the common areas. → The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, in good condition upon checkout.
