The house is located 20 m from the embankment of the Po River along which the suggestive SX cycle-pedestrian route of the Po Delta develops, on the main street of the small town, grafted on a territory rich in wonderful natural landscapes. Strategic location to visit the beautiful cities of the surroundings, we are 50 min from Venice Chioggia and Bologna, 25 min from Ferrara and Rovigo, 40 min from Rosolina and the beaches of the Adriatic. The space The 80-square-meter apartment is on the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance that gives access to a small fenced outdoor area for the exclusive use of guests and a large garden owned by the house. On the first floor, there is an equipped and habitable kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and electric oven, washing machine and everything you need to cook, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. Two large and bright bedrooms, (20 sqm) one double and one queen, both with air conditioning, tastefully furnished by the host, who has restored the furnishings of a historic hotel in Venice. The bathroom, which overlooks the roofs and the garden, with a large shower cabin, bidet toilet and sink with hairdryer drawers and all personal hygiene products. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access The apartment has a small outdoor area reserved for guests, useful for hanging out laundry and usable as a smoking area. Access to the property's garden is free but shared with the host, their dog and three cats. Other things to note Check-in from 5 p.m. onwards with no time limit. Check-out at 10 a.m. with the possibility of leaving luggage in storage. The village is connected to Rovigo train station by bus. The host can provide a shuttle service if needed.
