Centrally located for a holiday in Sørland

Bus connections to Arendal and Grimstad. 3 min walk down to Fevikkilen with boat slip (2 min by car), boardwalk, sauna for rent, further away to the diving board and shallow beach at Strand hotel. Lovely hiking terrain along the sea to at least 7 beautiful beaches. 32 min by car to Dyreparken. 20 min to Frolandia swimming and training facility. The space My home is a vertically split semi-detached house with ample parking (5-7 cars). My part is located innermost towards the nature plot. Large gravel area in front of the house and a terrace at the entrance. Entrance on the first floor, hallway, three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. Stairs up to the 2nd floor, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom, kitchen and living room, exit to balcony. The common area is the entire home, with the exception of the bedrooms. The bedrooms have 140 - 160 x 200 cm wide beds (2 rooms with 140 cm wide bed and 2 rooms with 160 cm wide bed and one of these can be divided into 2 separate beds). Available closet space for hanging clothes. Possibility to place a single mattress on two of the bedroom floors if additional beds are required. Balcony on the 2nd floor with garden furniture and a storage box and parasol. Other things to note The property is well set back and not easily visible from the road. Note the directions to recognize the driveway. From Oslo, exit from E-18 towards Nedenes and Fevik. Follow the road past Feviktoppen with shops, you pass Esso on the right side, a driveway (Lauvåsen) and take the next driveway located between hedges on the right side and red noise fence on the left side. Drive in and keep left along the fence and garage. My home is located at the innermost part of the natural plot. From the direction of Kristiansand (west), take the exit towards Vik and Fevik, follow highway 420 towards Fevik, past Strandsvingen and Strand Hotel, pass Joner on the right, notice Rørlegger Liene on the right (large gray building), on the opposite side you notice a high wall and noise fence. Take the first driveway on the left between the green hedge and the noise fence. Immediately turn left again and follow the fence and garage to the innermost part of the plot. My home is the innermost part towards the natural plot.
