The space You arrive at the house and step through a charming porch, which leads you straight into a welcoming reception hall. To your left is a study – a cosy, quiet room perfect for reading or catching up on some emails. Just off the hall is a handy W.C., ideal for guests. Moving through, you enter a spacious sitting room—warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing with friends or family. From here, you walk through to the main hall, where the staircase catches your eye with its newly painted spindles. To your right, you step into a large kitchen/diner.
