Welcome to this 100-year-old, stylishly renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Bernese Jura! It offers plenty of space, tranquility and comfort surrounded by nature. Marvel at wild animals in the Sikypark (5 min) or relax in the wellness center in Crémines (3 min). Grandval is also an ideal starting point for hikes in the picturesque Jura landscape and also offers climbing routes. The space Welcome to this unique retreat for families and smaller groups! On two floors, the newly renovated farmhouse offers plenty of space, tranquility and comfort to relax in harmony with nature. A covered entrance area awaits you, where the children can let off steam even in rainy weather. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with double bed and double bunk bed as well as the first bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. The large living and dining area also awaits you here. The modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for shared meals. The bright living area with garden view invites you to relax. In summer, the old walls cool the interior, while in winter the cozy fireplace provides cozy warmth. On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Next to it is bedroom number two with a double bed. The third bedroom offers space for four people with a double bed and a double bunk bed. The spacious garden invites you to unforgettable hours – whether sunbathing, relaxing reading or cozy dining outdoors. If the weather does not cooperate, the shelter offers protection to still be able to eat outside. The house is the ideal retreat for those who like to have enough space, love nature and appreciate the tranquility of a picturesque environment. Guest access You will have sole access to the entire apartment and private garden area, which is exclusively for you. Free parking is available right in front of the house. In the back of the farmhouse there is another separate apartment. However, due to a large canopy in the middle, both apartments are optimally separated from each other and oriented differently, so that your privacy is guaranteed at all times. Other things to note The house is also easily accessible by public transportation. It is 500 meters from Grandval train station. Grandval itself is a charming little village that impresses with its tranquility and lots of nature. A short walk (less than 1000 meters) from the house is the nature reserve "Les Heurtous". Pro Natura calls it the "jewel of biodiversity in the north of the Bernese Jura". Immerse yourself in this picturesque landscape and enjoy the absolute peace and quiet.
