Riverbend Rest is a fully self-contained, riverside villa in the heart of Ulmarra, being a popular stop-over spot for travellers between Brisbane and Sydney. The position ensures your Ulmarra experience is completely on-foot, with shops, galleries, cafe and the riverfront hotel, all within a 2 minute stroll. The villa is warm and inviting, with some luxurious touches, earthy tones and a relaxed feel. It’s our home away from home so we hope you love it as much as we do 🤍 The space The villa is fully fenced with gated access to the front yard, and a second gate to the private front patio. The patio offers a sitting area where sunset snippets can be enjoyed. A small car-space is alongside. Step inside to the air-conditioned, open-plan living room with a large comfortable lounge, smart TV and a fully equipped kicthen with a tuck-away laundry. Two bedrooms are offered with comfortable Queen size beds, both with adairs linen, fans and BIR (the master bedroom now boasting a second aircon). The bathroom is to the rear. Further seating is provided out back overlooking the fenced yard. Riverbend Rest has been furnished in warm, neutral tones with a theme aimed towards Native Australian Birds that will be sighted throughout. The clarence river, hotel, park, shops, dining and cafe's are literally within an immediate stroll. Ulmarra is a sleepy town, rich in culture where slowing down is compulsory. Grafton is a 10 minute drive South, and the beaches of Wooli & Minnie Water approximately 30 minutes East. Guest access The entire unit is yours to use and enjoy.
