Guest access The entire flat is yours, there are no shared spaces & no interruptions. Check-in is easy, and your privacy is respected throughout your stay but we plead with you to respect the neighbours in other flats Please note that access to the flat requires taking two flights of stairs, and unfortunately, there is no disabled access. For security purposes, an external camera is installed at the front of the flat. Other things to note 👨‍👧‍👦Kindly ensure that the number of guests staying is accurately reflected in your booking before your pay for your booking. 📝 Registration - We’ll need you to fill out a short online registration form, it only takes about a minute. This allows us to have more information about arriving guests, better prepare for your arrival & stay, and make sure all bookings are made by eligible guests. 🍼You may request for a travel baby cot and high chair if travelling with an infant or toddler. You may also request for an Airbed should you need to make extra sleeping arrangement. This is subject to availability and must be requested atleasr 24hours prior to your check-in ✔️ Early check-in & late check-out can be requested for at an additional cost and will be subject to availability. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this for free ‼️In some cases, a deposit may be requested at the pre-approval stage at our discretion, based on the guest’s past reviews or when traveling with children 🙏🏼 🔑 Check-in & Check-out: Flexible self-check-in and check-out with a secure key lockbox. Access details will be sent before your arrival. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. 🚭 No smoking: Please note that smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the property. Feel free to use the outdoor area if needed. 🐾 Pets: Sadly, no pets are allowed to keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests. 🔊 Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down between 10 PM – 7 AM 🧺 Laundry: A washing machine, iron and ironing board is available for guest use. 🧹🧼 Cleaning: Free cleaning will be provided for weekly/ monthly stays . Cleaning during stays less than 7days can be requested at a fee. ♻️ Sustainability: We encourage recycling and energy-saving habits during your stay. 🚘 Parking: Reserve parking available for only one car. Free on-street parking is available and Vistors reserved parking also available depending on availability.
