Travel cot and high chair available The space Downstairs Living Room with comfortable Corner Sofa to allow relaxation TV for guest use. Please note streaming services only currently through ROKU device supplied, which allows streaming of BBC, Netflix, Amazon, etc Open WIFI for guest use Fully Equipped Kitchen with Brand New Bosch Oven & Induction Hob Large fridge/freezer & Brand new dishwasher Large Separate dining room with Large table to allow comfortable dining for our guests Upstairs 2 bedrooms 1 with king size bed (with internal wardrobes & set of drawers) 1 with two single beds (with internal wardrobes & set of drawers) Bathroom with Electric shower Outside Spaces Back Garden A substantial garden with upper & lower decking areas The upper decking area, which can be accessed from Kitchen & Dining Room, has an external dining table so you can enjoy that good weather we get sometimes in Scotland The lower decking at the bottom of the garden, is where you will find a small 'SNUG'/ a small, cozy bar room, designed for comfort and relaxation Private driveway for your car Guest access Please do not light the open fire There is a locked cupboard in the king size room which is used by the cleaner The summer house/bar is free for you to use in the garden The other garden sheds are locked.
